Note:
- Upon receipt of payment and completion of the form, the gift voucher will be sent to your email address. If you require express delivery, please send us a payment confirmation, and we will promptly send the gift voucher.
- After receiving the gift voucher, the recipient can schedule a date for the tandem jump within the voucher's validity period.
- To maintain the element of surprise and avoid potential information leaks, the TS Team will not initiate contact with the gift voucher recipient. Recipients are kindly requested to contact us to arrange a suitable time for communication or for gift voucher donors to inform us when it is appropriate to contact the recipient.
- Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issuance, with the option to extend their validity during the period for an additional fee.
- Individuals whose weight on the day of the jump exceeds 100 kg for men and 90 kg for women are subject to an additional fee according to the current price list.
- Within the voucher's validity period, the gift voucher recipient has the right to transfer the voucher to other individuals.
- Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Cancellation of appointments by you within 7 days of the scheduled jump date is subject to charges according to the current price list.
